How a task travels

Follow one real task, step by step.

The same coffee-shop task from above. On the right: the rule the system enforced at each step.

1

You write one goal

Plus context: "The shop is in Alsancak, İzmir. Budget and figures unknown — don't make them up."

RuleYou never pick specialists. The planner does.
2

The planner writes a plan

Two steps. Step 2 depends on step 1, so they run in order.

1 · Brand Strategist / Positioning 2 · Copywriter / Social depends_on: [1]
RuleAt most 6 steps. Only specialists on the team. Independent steps run up to 3 at a time.
3

Brand Strategist works — then gets reviewed

The Editor separated the unsupported age range as an assumption.

“…for the 25-45 age group who see good coffee as a daily ritual…”
RuleEvery step is checked against the brief before the next one starts: scope, gaps, and guesses written as facts.
4

The output is handed over as data, not orders

The Copywriter receives step 1 marked "unverified" and writes 3 captions on top of it.

RuleOne specialist's output never becomes another's instructions.
5

Not good enough? It goes back.

In another real task, a tagline step was sent back with the reviewer's notes and redone on the second attempt.

RuleUp to 2 redo rounds per task, each with the reviewer's notes attached.
6

One report lands

Executive summary, findings, an owned action plan, and what's still unverified.

RuleAssumptions and unverified items are listed, never hidden.

Why it's different

A single answer vs. a team that checks its work.

A typical AI chat reply

  • —One pass, one voice, whatever the topic
  • —No plan you can inspect
  • —Numbers arrive looking just as confident as facts
  • —Checking is left to you
  • —Ends as a wall of text

Quality review

Every step is checked before the next one starts.

The Editor looks at three things on every step: does it match the brief, is anything missing, is a guess written like a fact? If it falls short, it gets sent back with notes.

CHECKExcerpt · how specialists write

Because {brand name} offers its beans fresh through {local roaster partnership / micro-batch roasting — to be verified} and each cup is prepared by a single barista team…

For the 25-45 age demographic living and working in Alsancak who see good coffee as a daily ritual, in the boutique coffee category, distinct from the standardised experience of chain brands, it delivers a fresh bean hand-brewed coffee experience overflowing with neighbourhood café warmth.

Assumption: The target audience definition (25-45 age group, Alsancak residents) is based on a demographic hypothesis, not data-driven market research.

Alsancak boutique coffee shop — Instagram launch: positioning & content

Executive summary

Against the standardised experience of chain brands, a positioning built on "neighbourhood warmth" and "fresh, hand-brewed coffee"… The strategy's credibility depends on clarifying bean sourcing, the barista team and pricing before launch.

Key findings

  • "The barista who knows your name" and "the hand-brewed cup" are the strongest arguments.
  • Lo-fi, natural-light visuals over stock photography.
  • A 3-post series: atmosphere → process proof → community.

Risks & assumptions

  • Brand name, exact address and pricing are still placeholders.
  • Target audience (25-45) is a hypothesis, not market data.

Action plan

HighConfirm bean source, barista team and price segment; fill the placeholders.
Founder
HighShoot original natural-light photos/video for bio and first 3 posts.
Video & Audio Production
MediumPublish the 3 posts in order; reply to comments on post 2.

We support OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Groq, OpenRouter, Mistral, DeepSeek, Hugging Face, xAI, Together, EVREN, and any custom OpenAI-compatible endpoint. Simply connect your own API key to use whichever provider and model you prefer. On the Bring Your Own Key plan, model costs go to your provider; ADA AI charges a flat $5 a month.

On Team, we provide and pay for the models, so you don't need an account anywhere else. On Bring Your Own Key, you connect your own provider key and pay that provider for usage; we don't cap your tasks.

Yes, anytime, from Account → Plan & Billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to the free plan. Your chats and reports stay. Fees aren't refunded, except in the cases listed in the Refund Policy.

Chat answers take seconds. A team task usually takes a few minutes. It keeps running in the background, so you can leave the page.

Treat it like a strong first draft from a team. The Editor checks every step and separates guesses as assumptions — look through those parts before you use them. Nothing is stamped "correct".

Your conversations and tasks are visible only to you. You can export everything as JSON or delete your account permanently. Requests are processed by third-party AI providers — see the Privacy page.

No — the planner chooses based on your goal. If you want, you can try a single specialist directly on the specialists page.

The app is in English and Turkish. The team writes the report in the language of your brief; English and Turkish work best.

Yes. Add images, screenshots or PDFs to a chat or team task, and the team reads them as part of the work. You can also fill your brand profile from a brand guide PDF. The file itself is deleted once it's read; only the extracted text is kept.

Yes. In chat and in team tasks it searches the web when needed, reads pages you give it and links the sources it used. Searches per day are limited. Numbers without a source are still flagged in the report.

Agent-Driven Agency: an agency run by AI agents. The planner builds the team, specialists do the work and the Editor checks every step. You write the brief and you approve the result.
